Lumident-Ortho™ is designed to be used by one patient only throughout its lifetime. This is for hygienic purposes and to ensure that warranty coverage is not compromised.

Lumident-Ortho™ uses low intensity LED lights, similar to security camera IR emitters which are considered eye-safe.

A full power bank charge lasts for several days of treatment. It is recommended that you charge the power bank regularly after use.

It takes about 6 hours to fully charge the power bank.

No, it is not necessary to clean Lumident-Ortho™ after each use but it is advisable to rinse the device under warm water after use and let it dry before putting it back in the box.

Lumident-Ortho™ LED arrays generate near-infrared light that is invisible to the human eye.

No, Lumident-Ortho™ is travel safe. It is recommended to have Lumident-Ortho™ packed in carry-on luggage so regular treatment schedule is not interrupted. The power bank is also compliant with the Lithium Metal Battery Regulations.
